    What is the difference between a Soul Contract Reading and a Soul Contract Report?

    A Soul Contract Reading is a live, private session in which Anna explains your chart, responds to your questions and helps you understand how its themes may be appearing in your life.

    The Soul Contract Report is a personalised written interpretation of your chart. It allows you to absorb the information at your own pace and return to it whenever you need clarity or reflection.

    You can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you. A report-and-reading package is also available for those who would like both.

    Do I need to be spiritual to benefit from a session?

    No. You only need curiosity and a willingness to reflect.

    The guidance is offered in practical, accessible language. You are encouraged to keep what resonates and approach the experience in a way that feels right for you.

  • What is a Soul Contract?

    A Soul Contract is an energetic blueprint calculated from the sound frequencies within your full birth name. It can offer insight into your natural qualities, recurring challenges, life themes, relationships, goals and sense of purpose.

    The purpose is not to define or limit you. It is to support deeper self-understanding and help you make more conscious, aligned choices.

    What information is needed for a Soul Contract Reading or Report?

    You will need to provide your complete birth name exactly as it appeared at birth, including any middle names.

    This information is used only to prepare your Soul Contract chart and personalised interpretation. It is treated respectfully and confidentially.

    What is included in the Soul Contract Report?

    Your personalised report includes:

    • Your individual Soul Contract chart

    • An explanation of your key frequencies

    • Insight into your qualities, challenges and recurring patterns

    Can I purchase a Soul Contract Report as a gift?

    Yes. A report can be a meaningful gift for someone interested in personal growth and self-discovery.

    Because the recipient’s complete birth name is required, please make sure they are comfortable having this information used for the report. Gift certificates are available if you would prefer the recipient to provide their details privately.

  • How are sessions held?

    Sessions are held privately through Zoom. You will receive the connection details and any preparation guidance in your confirmation email.

    You can attend from anywhere, provided you have a quiet, private space and a reliable connection.

    How should I prepare?

    You do not need to do anything elaborate. Before your appointment:

    • Find a quiet and comfortable space

    • Bring water and something to take notes with

    • Consider any themes or questions you would like to explore

    • Arrive with an open mind, without placing pressure on yourself to have a particular experience

    What happens during a reading?

    Anna begins by creating a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space. The session then unfolds according to the service you have selected.

    Your insights will be explained clearly, with time for reflection and questions. The focus is not on telling you what to do, but on helping you understand your patterns, possibilities and inner guidance.

    Are readings predictive?

    No. The work is centred on insight and empowerment rather than fixed predictions.

    You always retain personal choice and responsibility for your decisions. A reading may illuminate themes, possibilities and areas for reflection, but it does not determine your future.

    What if I feel nervous?

    It is completely natural to feel nervous, particularly if this is your first reading.

    There are no silly or inappropriate questions. Anna’s approach is gentle, compassionate and non-judgemental, and you are never required to discuss anything that you would prefer to keep private.

    Your insights will be explained clearly, with time for reflection and questions. The focus is not on telling you what to do, but on helping you understand your patterns, possibilities and inner guidance.

    Is mediumship guaranteed?

    No specific message, person or outcome can be guaranteed. Mediumship unfolds naturally, and any information received will be shared with care and sensitivity.

    The intention is always to provide a respectful and supportive experience, without forcing a particular result.

    Can I record my session?

    Recordings are not permitted, but you are welcome to take notes throughout your session.

  • Is my information confidential?

    Yes. Your personal information, birth-name details and anything discussed during your session are treated as confidential.

    Information will not be shared unless required by law or you have provided clear permission, such as permission to publish an anonymised testimonial.

    What currency are the prices shown in?

    All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

    What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable or subject to a rescheduling fee. Please review the complete booking terms before confirming your appointment.
